I’m Lisel Petis—originally from Colorado but now calling South Carolina home—and whether I’m speaking across the country or writing to process my frustrations and hopes, I’m just trying to show up and make a difference where I can.

What drives me most is my daughter. I want her to grow up as a fierce badass who knows she can do absolutely anything. That same energy fuels my passion for helping other women step fully into everything they’re capable of.

I’ve never liked fluffy presentations with no real takeaways, so I make sure my presentations are a fresh, funny, and straight-talking approach that gives you specific tools to thrive.

Whether I’m speaking to a room full of powerhouse professionals or a group just stepping into their leadership roles, my mission is simple: to empower women to own their voice, take up space, and make things happen.
